Done and done on the 2 suggested groups. I posted on FB marketplace, and the NOVA, GMU, and DC housing groups. Things have changed since I last sublet a few years ago, loads of scammers. It's depressing. THANK YOU!

No worries, I get it! Even on that neighbors group, I’ve had someone try to scam me for a concert ticket.
