Yea. COVID did a number on them and they lost some staff. I’ve never had a hard time getting an appointment though. Not sure for new patients though.

They have tv at each chair and I think can do headphones if needed.

I just tried to reschedule my cleaning currently scheduled for 3 weeks from now, because a work conflict came up. No availability in November and mostly booked until April.
