They've been renovating vacant apartments and with that has come some substantial noise. I don't think there's any real way to know how much noise there will be until your upstairs/downstairs/next door neighbor moves out. Otherwise I really like it here.

Yep, mainly when it's directly below/above/next to you. They finished a big round of hallway and exterior updates earlier in the year, so honestly not sure what else there is for them to update!

I'd recommend The Prime one based on the management.

I live at one of the other Equity Residential buildings, and they also have the construction stuff going on.

Honestly....its not that bad. If it's one being worked on right above or next to you, it sucks for a few weeks but...otherwise mostly don't hear the drilling.

Equity has honestly been fine for me. Reasonable rent hikes, easy to deal with in general. Would recommend.

The Meridian I don't know as much on.

One of my good friends recently lived at the prime and loved it! When I visited her I did not notice the noise at all.
