It is theoretically possible, but extremely rare as most cases of extra chromosomal anomalies like that tend not to make it past the initial stages of pregnancy.

Having full or even partial extra chromosomes is very problematic, as the genes in those chromosomes are expressed at a higher rate than normal , leading to all sorts of problems at a cellular level and moving up from there.
