Not specific to the poles, but any landing at all depends on the planet.

The gas giants don't have a solid surface to land on, no matter if it's a polar landing or not.

Mercury, Earth, Mars, and Pluto could all have a successful polar landing. Venus is iffy, because of the corrosive atmosphere and immense atmospheric pressure.

The rest of the planets in Sol system just don't have a surface to land on.

Russia landed a couple of probes on Venus in the 70s. They didn’t last very long (weren’t expected to) and no one else has tried since. Any Venus landing is iffy but I don’t think a polar landing there is relatively harder than anywhere else.
