Your arms etc. would have to accelerate at a different rate than say your liver to achieve the same RPM as they would end up moving faster.
Therefore your arms and liver experience different relativistic time frames - your liver be getting older faster dude.

If only the world were to rotate, then no part of you would undergo any acceleration.
