She and her sister were spayed prior to us adopting them, so it would be one hell of a miracle if she were.

I'm happy for you that Tina came home to you, and I'm sure you were very upset while she was gone.
However, gluing a cat to yourself seems a bit extreme.

Y'know, I didn't see the potential for that joke until I read your comment. Well played. :)

This to me is my biggest fear. I'm really lucky that mine have no desire to go outside. Maybe get one of those chip/tracking collars so you can find her right away next time?

So jealous right now. Grover (who looked a lot like this cat) got out when the door to the garage didn't shut right enough and never came back.

Glad it turned out well for the two of you.

I'm so sorry to hear that! When I was about 10, one of my family's cats went outside and never came back in. We suspected he was caught by a coyote (I grew up in an area that has tons of them), and it broke my heart. I hope Grover found peace, one way or the other. <3

Tina looks like she will never forgive herself for being curious. She's probably glad to be alive as opposed to the idiom's assumption.

A few years ago, our Jude was gone for 6 weeks. We had given up on finding him. He was glued to my SO for months, barely even taking time to eat.

Look at that beautiful baby. Glad for you that she came home, it's so scary when they get outside and don't pop right back in the door.

My cat never runs out the door for some reason, she always comes to the door only if I’m coming home. Maybe it’s because she thinks I have food. Anyway I’m happy your fluff ball is back with you.

My cats (all 4 ;u;) were rescue kittens, found in a park during Texas' freeze. They're terrified of the outside, and I'm so glad I don't have to worry about them running because I have to go outside often, taking care of my other animals, and don't always have the hands to shut the door behind me. Never once have they even tried. Poor traumatized babies, lol

My girls cat got away from her up in the mountains of TN…. After a month she swore he was going to come back because it was one sane moon phase as when he left. Didn’t believe her for a second…. Damn cat showed up that fucking night.

Happy yours came back too
