I grew up in a small, ranch house that didn't have ducts for the heating system in the crawlspace... The furnace just pushed the hot air down into the crawlspace and it would come up through vents in the floor. And so would the centipedes. I hated them.

you might have a problem if there's that many, and I don't mean the centipedes, they eat things like spiders, ants, roaches, etc so might wanna check that if you haven't already
