That's what happens if you don't neuter your cats. Their jowls keep growing. I wouldn't exactly say it's overbreeding, just not a sight we're used to seeing anymore.

I was going to post this exact same thing. My daughter taught me about male cats faces/jowls growing larger if they are not neutered.
