Why does any dog wear a muzzle? Any time I see a dog with a muzzle, I think the owner should have to wear one too

Some dogs can be aggressive. To limit their time outdoors can be cruel. A muzzle can protect others from aggression while the dog gets to enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells the outdoors provides. Muzzles for reactive dogs show a responsible and caring owner.
