Really missing the restaurant Strapazza, that used to be in Towson served a bracing puttanesca sauce with black olives, capers and anchovies in it. Who has a nice salty, chunky puttanesca sauce on the menu these days?

Ah good ol whore pasta. Don’t know who serves it but I made it recently using the recipe here: https://youtu.be/qudO2mVVSks Came out really good! Highly recommended if you can’t find a place to make it for you

Thanks! I should specify I want it the way they made it, which I’ve never been able to replicate, but I should experiment more.

I like the puttanesca from Trinacria. You can buy a jar in the deli.

Wonder what happened to the people who owned Strapazza? They had a couple of locations, then disappeared. If somebody on Reddit knows the chef, tell them I’m looking for them!
