Right?! I don't understand the mindset of people who are actively advocating for breaking laws. Especially ones designed to save lives.

The ones on 83 are a little ridiculous. Outside of rush hour traffic there are plenty of stretches where 50-55 mph is perfectly safe, even with a posted speed limit of 40.
