The ones on 83 are a little ridiculous. Outside of rush hour traffic there are plenty of stretches where 50-55 mph is perfectly safe, even with a posted speed limit of 40.

I argue that the ones on 83 create more danger because people freak out and SLAM on their brakes to well below the speed limit.
