Yes this is accurate and the train does run. I take it that late occasionally.

There’s also Amtrak and greyhound if you miss it.

Last Amtrak is before the last MARC I think unless you count the 3:30am one

Ooop, you're right. There used to be an 11pm train, but that stopped a few years ago.
