Does anyone know the seasoning they use at hip hop fish and chicken? I wanna put on stuff I cook at home but I have no idea what it is and have no idea where to look.

Uncle Roger approves of your MSG suggestion.

It's definitely MSG.
I’ve found this chicken crack lemon pepper seasoning that I thought might be it, but I’m hesitant to order it and try it out if I’m completely wrong
Other chicken places are using MSG, they just call it something different.
Ccccccrackkkkk
i'm so happy that gen z has zero thoughts about msg
Ekiben taught Baltimore that msg is tasty af.
It has less sodium than salt actually.
I've been finding out all sorts of weird things since my mom got put on a low sodium diet.
Grease, sweat, and brown paper sacks.
I’ve always thought it was sugar they added to give it that sweet crunch.
Confectionery sugar/ sugar dust , is my guess

My guess is that MSG is the seasoning they use that other chicken places don't.
Other than that it's probably more standard seasoning you'd find in other recipes like onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Lawry's or paprika.
Damn I'm hungry now
