My guess is that MSG is the seasoning they use that other chicken places don't.

Other than that it's probably more standard seasoning you'd find in other recipes like onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Lawry's or paprika.

It has less sodium than salt actually.

I've been finding out all sorts of weird things since my mom got put on a low sodium diet.
