Does anyone know the seasoning they use at hip hop fish and chicken? I wanna put on stuff I cook at home but I have no idea what it is and have no idea where to look.

It has less sodium than salt actually.

My guess is that MSG is the seasoning they use that other chicken places don't.
Other than that it's probably more standard seasoning you'd find in other recipes like onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Lawry's or paprika.
