Gwynn Falls park had some 30+ years ago, not sure about today.

Yep, in addition to the Gwynn Falls paved trail, there are several small hiking trails in the upper part of Gwynn Falls Leakin Park. Map: https://friendsofgwynnsfallsleakinpark.org/Maps
