Lake Roland has a 5 mile up and back from the light rail parking lot to Falls.

Lot to Boardwalk, up hill around circle to trail down to light rail tracks. Trail runs next to reservoir to Falls road. Mostly wooded except for park.

To add to this. In the wooded section there's a web of hilly trails. Nothing steep or treacherous but good for a bit more challenging terrain
