You could use the Shot tower metro stop living in Little Italy

And indeed I do, quite often. Don’t work at hopkins though, but I use the metro to get around downtown and mount vernon, or to hopkins/north east market and also just because sometimes, I love trains.

Wow, how convenient this is. I didn't even think about the metro. If I am interpreting this correctly, to get from the state center to johns hopkins hospital, I could catch a train at the state center at 6:13 AM and arrive at Hopkins by 6:21 AM? That is perfect. Now I just need to see if my employer would cover the cost of my fare.

Yep, you got it. I think fare is 4.60 for a day pass or $2 each way. But, to be honest, last time I was in there you could just walk through without paying lol.

They usually keep a gate open for people in wheelchairs - I see a lot of people walk through, no need to jump metro gates in Baltimore. The fare machines don't work sometimes and they'll just wave you through.

I would be really surprised if Hopkins didn't participate in the commuter incentive program through MDOT. Here's the general webpage on MDOT's website: Commuter Choice Maryland
Also, here's more literature in PDF form, but it's a bit old (2019), if you find out they don't participate and want to advocate for them to do it. https://www.mdot.maryland.gov/OPCP/MDOT%20Employer%20Benefits%20Toolkit.pdf

Yup this is the easiest, the one that best protects you from the elements, and the quickest.
