There will probably be less World Tour teams in attendance this time because it’s not a relegation year and teams won’t be scrambling for UCI points, but it’s still cool that Baltimore is home to the biggest professional road cycling race in the United States.

Probably correct on the UCI point scramble. But because the points are cumulative a smart team will start the scramble this year instead of waiting. We'll likely get the lower tier American teams of Human Powered Health and EF Education again, for example.

Baltimore has a $500 million police budget and a balanced budget. City is not taking out a loan to pay cops to close roads/watch intersections on the course. Are you dumb?
