I lived in Avalon foundry row. The apartments themselves are nice with solid amenities, but the communal spaces (elevators and hallways) tend to be lacking with people spilling and leaving trash. The location is great though, with everything being in walking distance (gym, restaurants, stores, grocery store, and the train a few blocks away)
