Yeah, what the others said. At this point all the new development situated at the Metro Centre TOD or nearby is luxury/high-rise. The further you get from that area the more suburban/exurban.

So it’s really what you’re looking for and your price range. The apartments at/in Mill Station, Metro Centre, Foundry Row have the best walkability, amenities, etc, but are also quite expensive (at least to my budget).

I live further down Painters Mill Rd towards T. Rowe Price and McDonogh, and besides the incessant noise from traffic, it’s a nice place to live.
