The newer apts in Owings Mills are very nice but they pricey (Groveton Green, Cascades Overlook) prob close to 2K for a 2BR. If money was no object I'd live in Cascades.

IMO all the affordable apts that sit on reisterstown rd in owings mills are terrible and most still want 1300-1500/mo.

The only affordable place that I like in OM is Garrison Forest apts which are about $1150 for a 2BR on the smaller side (800 sq ft?). Have a friend who lives there.

You'd prob be better off in Reisterstown. The Preserve is alright (as long as its a newly renovated one) and Charleytown is also decent.
