There is a left turn only sign there! The right lane has a combined squiggle for straight and right turn. It’s just shitty design and nobody abides by the signage.

There is no left turn sign on the signal line, which I think is the issue. People are looking at the light not the road or the median.

Edit: because it’s the internet I want to clarify that I am not arguing. Just trying to understand what you mean because if we’re talking about the same intersection I also agree that it sucks!
