That’s a BBQ smoker in the bed of the pickup. Probably smoking a brisket or some ribs or something. Definitely odd to be driving around like that.

I saw a similar set-up at St. Lo Drive and Harford Road over the last few weekends. There was a table nearby selling food. Looks like a number of someones found a variation of a food truck.

I'd bet they have some sort of catering company or have a table setup foodtruck style just without the truck yet.

I've seen pickups towing massive brick ovens for pizza a bunch at food truck events and this doesn't seem that different than that.
