Anyone have a recommendation for a contractor to finish basement? Just want to put up drywall, build a closet, add some outlets and put in flooring over cement floor

Do it yourself! A basement build out will probably cost you min 20k, you can easily do it yourself with basic framing knowledge + insulation for probably a quarter of the cost, especially that lumber is down now.

I used Maryland Professional Contractors. I had them come out for estimate along with a bunch others. They were best price and I'm happy with my basement still. 4109831463. Couldn't recommend them enough
