I was going to suggest Lynne Brick's but it looks like all the locations closed.

Yes! I used to go to Belvedere. I guess it’s another Covid casualty.

I used to go to the one in Owings Mills. I liked it a lot. I eventually quit and went to Lifebridge, but I do miss a women-only gym. Seems like there is a market for it, too. 🤷🏿‍♀️

I think golds gym has a women’s only section but I’m not sure if that’s changed.

Empowered fitness is a women gym …… very very barebones located at the skate land roller rink in Nottingham.

I doesn’t mention only women but the Barr method gym says it has a strong female focused community. Your friend might be able to cultivate a women focused experience by taking excerixe classes

I know nothing about it, so this isn’t a strong recommendation, but I pass a gym called She Fit Lifestyle on York Road in Towson frequently, and it looks like pretty well attended when I pass. Worth checking out.
