Hi everyone! My son is 18 and just got his TWIC card. He wanted to do some part time work on the Baltimore docks, but doesn’t know where to start. Does anyone know the process? Do you have to be a union member? Does someone need to vouch for him? Any and all help is appreciated.

I'm a Bmore dock worker. He won't have to be union, but he will make more money as a union guy. ILA Local 333 is his best bet.
