I mean you don't even have to leave the densely populated central areas! Surely Towson would qualify as being in that definition and they certainly have their racists. Essex, Dundalk, and Middle River would be the first places I'd go to look for that type of person and they're pretty densely populated areas as well. Listen to some of the old timers in Canton and Hampden talk and you'd think you've time traveled to the 1950s. Let some of the good liberals in MoCo talk about PG County or the City and you'd be pretty appalled by what you hear.
