They’re not closing down the senator or the Charles because this is opening. Plus it’ll be nice to have more than 3 movie theaters in the city (parkway, Charles, Senator idk if I’m forgetting one) especially one that’ll show a wider variety of films and have more modern theaters/screens. Not to mention there’s not a single movie theater accessible to the east side of the city if you don’t have a car.

Because the place hasn’t opened yet, so you can’t make a fair comparison. It’s like saying you like the food better at another place than a restaurant you haven’t eaten at yet.
