Where does it say that only traditional Buffalo style is being considered? Original post? Up top just says chicken wings. Also why not evaluate takeaways? Seems like you’re excluding a lot of places that way.

I’m just happy someone is doing this. Nothing is stopping you from taking the torch and doing your own research and posting a standardized scoring system like OP, and then you can include whatever you want.
