Zen West has these incredible grilled wings that are worth checking out and I really like the wings from Smaltimore. Ibar is still best if you get chef style/fried hard. Cafe 1908 also has really good wings but they're a bit modern/fancy so if you're a traditionalist, it might not be your jam.
