It’s all noisy as heck, and that is a pretty big nuisance with kids sleeping, dogs, working from home. If I can’t have a rooster, it’s not fair to let dirt bikes roam freely.

Good point. In theory, they could put improved exhaust on them, but I don't think anyone wants to do that
