This is horrid I’m sorry this happened to you . Again this is why we don’t get to have nice things in Baltimore. Everyone is too darn chicken to help victims or turn in criminals. They need to put cameras up on every flipping corner like in the United Kingdom . If you can’t play nice you don’t deserve privacy.
