My boyfriend and I are visiting Baltimore in November from Vegas, but only for a couple days. We love outdoorsy activities, nightlife, bars. What must we see or do in the little time we have? Also, where would be the best place to stay?
Soft disagree. Yes, please take precautions to be safe. But I think the best parts are away from the touristy inner harbor. I love the nightlife in Hampden, Charles Village, and Fells Point. The Walters and Baltimore Art Museum are great.

OP the places that have attractions are perfectly fine , the dangerous spots of Bmore are mostly residential neighborhoods you have no reason of being in , in the first place.
Just treat Bmore like you would any city and you’ll do fine.
Take a walk around Fells Point for nightlife/drinks. Avoid anywhere owned by the atlas group. For fancy drinks head to the Sagamore Pendry. For serious cocktails head to Dutch Courage gin bar.
For outdoors in the City, head up to Druid Hill Park, which also houses the Maryland Zoo and a botanical garden. You can also walk around downtown, up to Mount Vernon and Belvedere for a really great walk and food. Finish off by grabbing drinks at Owl Bar in the Belvedere Hotel.
Stay at the Ivy - it’s where Paul McCartney stayed. Haha We go to lake Roland or gunpowder to be outdoors locally but if you’re in the area, toward the c&o canal, Appalachian trail, and shannendoah are all incredible. Im not big on nightlife but I always suggest faddensonen. It’s like a lot of tiny dark secret spots in other big cities.

Fort McHenry is a nice walk
Union Brewing in Hampden is the biggest brewery but there are many others. Checkerspot, Monument, Full Tilt, Peabody Heights, Waverly, Oliver's, Diamondback, and a bunch more.
Anywhere along the water is fine
Federal Hill park is very nice and gives you a good vantage point of the inner harbor. There is a museum close by called the American Visionary art museum that is neat even for taking pictures of the outside. The Fed Hill neighborhood has a bunch of yummy restaurants and cool bars but tailors more to a college age type crowd. I think your best bet for nightlife could be Fells Point. Hope you enjoy your time!

Sagamore Pendry Hotel in Fells Point. It’s a boutique hotel built on a pier. Lots of night life right outside it’s front doors.
In terms of places to stay, it totally depends on your budget. Local friends have done staycations at The Ivy and The Pendry Sagamore and had great experiences, but they are spendy. My husband's aunt would stay at the Four Seasons when she was here for work because she could, but there are plenty of more affordable places too! We've had friends and family stay everywhere from the Homewood Suites, the Residence Inn, the Courtyard, Marriott Waterfront, and the Hampton Inn by Camden Yards. The latter might be the least convenient location-wise, but it's a nice hotel.
I'd love to give you my own hotel experience, but sadly the Embassy Suites closed a few years ago.
Check out Illusions Magic Bar. It’s in Federal Hill and puts on a great show on weekends.

Marriott Waterfront or the Four Seasons... Plenty to do around the water, but stay near the water..... This city is not very safe if you wander away from the tourist areas...
