I love that area, has my heart. Lucky to live over that way for 5 years, 4 with my dog. The neighborhood has almost everything.

The WPM properties may be worth a try, by Mount Vernon Matketplace... lived in one and liked it. The Standard is an SMC property I think. I used to live in 225 N Calvert which is downtown (Greystar property) but kinda the same general area: also liked it, but it was ZRS Management most of my time there. I also lived in 2 PMC properties, but I have heard people at the one next door to The Standard is nice... I once lived in 301 N Charles and 300 Saint Paul. That's all I will say about those two.
