Oh yeah. House of Reps 1982-1994. Baltimore County Council 1994-2010. Guy reeks of career politics. Probably has multiple pensions and who knows how many backroom deals. I hope he gave the cops the “don’t you know who I am?” Treatment

I really hope Wes Moore cleans house on day one and fires every single Hogan appointee, the level of incompetence and corruption from his cabinet is truly unmatched by all but perhaps Donald Trump.
BocaRaven t1_iy57x5h wrote
Comparing Hogan to Trump is really unfair. Baltimore County and City are more corrupt then than the State Govt.

>Police charged Joseph Bartenfelder for hunting wetland or upland game birds “with the aid of bait or on or over any baited area,” which carries a minimum $500 fine and a maximum of $1500 for a first offense. Lauren Moses, public information officer for Natural Resources Police, could not say whether this was Bartenfelder’s first charge.

I love Maryland, but it has always had the most corrupt public "servants" and politicians in the nation.

It’s kind of crazy that ever since the election the feds have been digging around and also he wasn’t baiting the birds they were hunting over a field that was cut a few days before they hunted it

Yeah right. Have you heard of Louisiana?

The poor state that has a lot less opportunities for corruption?

And Hogan shut down the red line light rail because he’s racist and wanted to give highway contracts to his friends.

There’s a lot of corruption, even within the governments of the small towns there. Half of my family is from there and I’ve spent a good chunk of my life there.
Hisyphus t1_iy6ifo1 wrote
The state that literally imprisons it’s own public defenders for zealously defending their clients? Louisiana is a hole and exceptionally corrupt.
