There’s a lot of corruption, even within the governments of the small towns there. Half of my family is from there and I’ve spent a good chunk of my life there.

In Mississippi they were diverting welfare funds to pay Brett Farve and fund his pet projects.

And Hogan shut down the red line light rail because he’s racist and wanted to give highway contracts to his friends.

The state that literally imprisons it’s own public defenders for zealously defending their clients? Louisiana is a hole and exceptionally corrupt.
