Can someone send me the article for this. I don’t want to pay for the Sun 🤷‍♂️. I bought my house across the street from where they were taking this photo. Was wondering what was going on. This was about 2 months ago.

I can’t read the article, but I thought in rem action was extraordinarily slow, even by judicial standards. Isn’t it like a property bankruptcy, where anyone with a potential stake in the property needs to be notified and given the opportunity to be heard?

Yes, there's a due process requirement to give reasonably calculated notice to appraise interested parties of the action and give them an opportunity to present objections before any deprivation of property can occur.
