If you do stop by my Seafarers Center and say hi. Just before the gate to Ft. McHenry, turn left and park. I’m the executive director of the short little squat building with all the vans parked out front. I’d gladly give y’all a tour of the port if you’re interested, but I need about 24 hr notice.

This is a great list, thanks. I like that you included attractions/monuments and also restaurants/bars.
If I wanted a place with a view that I could just sit and read I guess the Canton waterfront would be my best bet of these.

Topside is in mount vernon and the harbor is not visible. Great view of the Washington monument though.

I think you’re confusing topside with the bygone. The revival is not that tall of a building to see past the downtown high rises.

I think you need your eyes checked. Mount Vernon sits at the top of a hill, Topside is on the 14th floor. In what reality would you be able to see sea level?

I always enjoy the hill at Federal Hill Park. Get a beautiful view there.
