Any recommendations for a place to walk indoors? I’ve been trying to get my step count up but the weather today is a concern. I’ll take recommendations for the county too. TIA :)

Arundel Mills Mall. It's a loop, go walk your heart out.

If you're near a store like Wegmans, Costco or the like. I used to see walkers make a few laps and have a coffee to start the day when I worked day shift.

Second chance Walters or BMA

IKEA is a good place for that, though not as many steps as you might think. If scenery isn’t a concern, you could also walk up and down any of the parking garages around the city.

You could check out the indoor track at the brand spanking new Middle Branch Fitness and Wellness Center and let us know how it is.

The BMA or the Walters, AVAM if you don't mind paying admission.

I believe the Northeast Regional Rec Center in the Parkville area has an indoor track.

EarPods/headphones on/in. I walk through the harbor regularly and they’ve got a setup to annoy/interact with as many people as possible right before the trade center. I put one hand up in a stop ✋🏽and point to my ear with the other. It’s as nice a “F off, leave me alone” as possible.
