Nope. Its always open and almost always full

I was there a few weeks back and they closed the upstairs earlier than the downstairs bar. But the downstairs bar was full so maybe you caught a bad night?

I have been a few times since covid and have sadly found it exactly like OP described. Even the fries sucked, which fucking hurt my heart.
