Hi there!

I’ve been looking on Etsy for some handmade ceramic ramen/soup/noodle bowls (specifically with a notch for chopsticks).

I figured I’d prefer to support local businesses if possible. If anyone here knows someone or is someone who I can buy from, let me know!

I’m being a bit particular with the style. But I don’t have much in mind by way of design. So I’ll include the links for a couple that I’ve been looking at on Etsy.

Example 2: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1122549441/

Example 3: https://www.etsy.com/listing/260020158/

Thanks! :-)

The Potter’s Guild is actually hosting a maker’s market on Sunday from 11-4 with a variety of local ceramics businesses. Here’s their Instagram https://instagram.com/pottersguild?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=

White Hill Pottery, also in Hampden, might be worth a look. They're on 33rd St and actually have a neat little self-service pottery stand you can shop at all hours! I know for a fact they make bowls with/for chopsticks. I think their instagram gives a sense of their current stock.

Good Elephant Pottery in Silver Spring is probably right up your alley as far as design aesthetic.

Baltimore Clayworks has a gallery with a lot of great pieces. I don't know your budget, but Clayworks can be more expensive.
