I was kayaking yesterday and saw this. It's so Baltimore.

I have no idea how someone got on that concrete pier. There's a big metal overhang above it. From below out of a canoe or kayak would be nearly impossible. Props to the artist.

Anyone recognize where this is? Virtual useless holiday points will be awarded for the first reply with the location.

As good a guess as any. Personally, I lean towards a younger athletically inclined personage that would be able to climb down and back up from the railroad bridge. Daytime would be sketchy though due to the Light Rail.

Could’ve lowered themselves onto that concrete ledge with a rope from the top of the bridge, or climbed up the concrete slab from below - the latter would be hard but possible for someone good at rock climbing.

If someone could tie their boat off so that it was stable, I could see climbing up. Standing in a boat, a regular height guy could easily reach the top and potentially climb up.

Yeah, I couldn’t really tell the scale from the image. I could see it being fairly easy if it’s the height you’re saying, or a lot more difficult if it was taller.
