I believe it was done to discourage squeegy-ing but dem boiz still be out there sometimes, even chatting with the cops.

I’d rather see the cop casually chatting with the squeegee kid (as much as I detest squeegee-ing) than beating the shit out of the kid.

Yeah I really wish there was a line between not doing anything at all and beating the shit out of a kid when it comes to policing. We just don't have the technology.
