Ah, that's fair. Baltimore is one of the few East Coast cities where buying a home remains affordable. My sibling is about to move to St. Pete from NYC and I get the sense that it is an area which is exploding. But on the other hand everything is about perspective... has to be less expensive than NYC.

Ehhhh not exactly at pete is super established and housing there can be insane , iv seen friends rent jump like a grand in 2 years, most to almost all the homes, there are just air b&b’s

I noticed the same thing in Orlando. Most of my friends there have moved to far out suburbs because they can no longer afford living in the city. Not to mention Traffic has picked up substantially there.
