FYI if you ever need an issue resolved and get frustrated with their having to use the online chat there is a sub Reddit that can help with certain issues. I spent over 2 hours trying to resolve a credit over chat and the sub Reddit took care of it within an hour Comcast/Xfinity

I don’t have room mate or spouse to switch and I was able to get my bill for Internet/tv down to $140/month which isn’t bad
