Yeah, I know they do. I’d rather not go to Towson, if I don’t have to. I usually run errands on Saturdays in Canton or Hunt Valley, so anything near there would work too.

Party City is not in Towson. It is inside the city. There are numerous neighborhoods between Party City and actual Towson.
