Ok, this sounds crazy, but could it be in the old section of the Zoo? I think some of the old walls have stone like that, and it would be the sort of place a whole bunch of people could go easily. Not sure if they would wear suits to the zoo, but it was a different time.

Maybe the old Quaker school in Bolton hill. Made of stone and was a private school. Idk
