The entirety will be repaved. Portions of Frederick; North Bend to Chapelgate are already permanently paved and will be striped once weather permits. Our Bike Team will provide the Bike Plans for the area so that when it's re-installed, it will be done correctly.
Will the portion from Athol to the beltway be repaved? That is my major concern.
The moment you cross from irvington to Baltimore County is clear as day, since your car no longer feels as if it's off road.
